Description
This tableau visualization showcases a data set derived from a survey aimed at identifying the professional traits of employees who are prone to higher rates of attrition. The data was initially cleaned using Python on the Kaggle platform (see below the tableua visualization for the embedded Kaggle python workbook).
Pre-project
This project used the following guiding questions to ensure that the outcomes were driven purposefully.
1. Did certain education levels or fields experience higher levels of attrition than others?
2. What roles experienced the highest amounts of attrition?
3. Did compensation play a role in attrition?
4. How did job satisfaction play a role in attrition levels?
Post-project
All guiding questions were answered. The employer should follow up with additional analysis to determine the causes for those that higher attrition.
